Shipping Policy
We aim to make shipping simple, fast, and reliable for every order.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
Standard Post: $ 13.50
Express Post: $18.50
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number, which will be sent to you in your dispatch email.
Delivery Times
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Estimated delivery time after processing:
Standard Post: 3–6 business days*
Express Post: 1–3 business days*
*Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as peak sale periods, public holidays, or busy times like Easter and Christmas. During these periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive , we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
We kindly encourage all new customers to read this policy page before placing an order so you know exactly how our small business operates.
To help keep turnaround times as fast as possible (so your goodies arrive sooner!), design approvals are only sent when necessary or upon request, and of course, we’re always happy to provide them if you’d like one.
Refund Policy
We truly hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it. However, if you experience any issues or have questions, we’re here to help.

We aim to respond within 48 hours, though during busy periods we kindly ask for a little extra patience.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are offered for faulty items only and are processed in line with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you do experience a fault with your product, please contact us as soon as possible -we want to make it right.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it.
Because we begin working on your personalised items promptly, once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This ensures the time, materials, and care put into creating your order are respected.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
We value every customer and take great pride in the quality of our work. If anything isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out, your satisfaction is important to us.
Resale Policy
The resale of our products through another business structure or ABN without a formal wholesale agreement is strictly prohibited and considered a breach of our store policy.
Any individual or business found violating this policy may be contacted directly by us or by our legal team.
We understand that sometimes our products are no longer needed and can bring joy to another family.
Reselling as an individual on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or Gumtree for non-business purposes is permitted.
Example: If you’ve finished using your milestone set and would like to pass it on so someone else can create their own memories, this is completely fine.

Lost in the Mail
We truly hope your order arrives safe and sound — but in the rare event it goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
While we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen after they have been lodged with Australia Post. This means we are unable to replace or refund orders that have gone missing in transit.
That said, we will always do our absolute best to assist you.
If you ever need to return an item, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and our return address (Perth, WA 6058) will be provided once the return is approved. Please package your item securely to prevent damage in transit. We kindly ask for respectful communication. We’re a small business run by real people, and while mistakes can happen, we’ll always do our best to make things right and keep you happy.
Why do my items made from the same material appear slightly different?
As we use a variety of natural woods to laser cut and engrave our products, slight variations in appearance are completely normal. Wood is a natural material, so differences in grain, tone, and texture may occur even between items made from the same type of timber and we believe this uniqueness adds to their charm. Occasionally, the laser may engrave lighter or darker patches depending on the grain, and this is not considered a defect. If a variation is significant, we will remake the piece before dispatch, as we’ll never send anything we’re not proud of. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations, and we promise to always select the best quality timber for your order.
